Swimming is one of the most complete exercises you can undertake for overall physical fitness – and it’s easy on the body from an impact standpoint.  Not only does swimming work most of the muscles in your body, but it also provides cardiovascular exercise and helps to build lung capacity.  In fact, Jane began swimming laps with a history of asthma and hasn’t had an attack since.  

Fitness programs include:

  • Lap swimming with instruction – private or semi-private lessons that follow the pricing and schedule for swimming lessons.
  • Lap swimming without instruction – individual or in pairs at a scheduled time

  • Aquacize – individuals may schedule time, like lap swimmers, to particpate in private or semi-private aquacize activities, with or without instruction.
